Scoring deals on children's clothes

Until I can figure out how to keep my kids from growing while they sleep, I am stuck constantly filling their closets with clothes. I've found that scouring the clearance racks for end-of-season deals and purchasing clothes a year (or two) in advance allows me to maintain a pretty good stash of new clothes.

Kohl's
I've had great success in the past with Kohl's clearance racks. Look for 70% or 80% off tags - you can score 60% on some of their regular sales. If you don't have a Kohl's charge, I suggest getting one (note: all deals go out the window when you have to pay interest, so only charge what you can pay off immediately). You should receive discount coupons throughout the year. 15% seems to be the most common, but I've noticed if I haven't been to Kohl's in a while I'll get a 20%, then eventually a 30%.
